Villa Stefano is located in the village of Marmara, just 800 meters from the popular sandy beach of Molos. It is one of the most charming areas of Paros, surrounded by various kinds of trees and unique vegetation, ideally situated in a very quiet environment. There are many olive and fruit trees (i.e. lemon, orange, peach, grapes). Depending on the season, you may also find tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and other vegetables. All the above are provided free of charge to the villa's guests.
Villa Stefano is a 2 floored traditional Greek house, built with respect to the local architecture. On the ground floor are 2 spacious bedrooms hosting up to 6 persons, (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a double bed and two single beds). On the same level is also a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
On the 1st floor, there are 2 more bedrooms for up to 4 persons (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds), as well as a second bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find everything needed to prepare a normal meal. You will find a coffee percolator for 10 persons, an Italian coffee maker, a kettle and, a small mixer.
The living room has a big table and a fire place which you may use for barbecues.
There is also a hairdryer, an iron, a portable CD-player and a television available to the guests.
On both floors, you will find verandahs, balconies and two tables with chairs appropriate for external use. You may also use the provided chairs and table which are out under the trees.
There is no a telephone in the house. The only telephone available is in the basement of the villa where the owners keep a small apartment. You may use this telephone to receive external calls but you are not able to make phone calls from this phone. This apartment has its own independent entrance and the owners normally live there. But if you don't feel well sharing the house, they may as well move away during your stay.
A mobile phone is available for rent at the price of 4.4 € per day. This phone works with a prepaid card.
MAID SERVICE
You are responsible for the house keeping of the villa. The owners provide you with clean towels and linens every 5 days. If you would like to arrange for cleaning service, there is an extra cost of € 4.4 per hour for the service. It takes about 2-3 hours to clean it every time.
CATERING SERVICE
The owners may cook for you. Upon request, they can arrange any catering service to meet your needs. Prior notification is necessary.
